（申请者如果是本人出生时即具有外国国籍的，或者是祖国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民并获得外国国籍的，都须符合教育部教外函〔2020〕12号文件要求）；
（二）学历及年龄要求：应当具有高中毕业（或同等学力）以上，学习成绩优秀，年龄在18—30周岁；
（三）无违法犯罪行为；
（四）每位申请者只能申请一项奖学金 ；
（五）持有HSK2级以上证书。

七、申请材料
1.有效期内的护照首页；
2.来华签证及出入境记录（如有）；
3.经公证的最高学历证明；
4.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
5. HSK二级以上成绩报告；
6.《外国人体格检查表》（详见）。《外国人体格检查表》由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写。申请人应严格按照表格中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
7.参加社会活动证明材料（如有）；
8.无犯罪记录证明。申请人须提交由所在地公安机关出具的有效期内的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件。
八、录取及入学
（一）申请人可通过申请时使用的邮箱或兰州交通大学国际学生在线申请系统查询申请进度（请确保你的邮箱填写正确并定期查看邮件，以免错过重要通知）。
（二）收到录取通知后，被录取的申请人须在10个工作日内确认是否来校学习，并于在线申请系统中缴纳报名注册费 400元和住宿费 1500元（费用一经缴纳不予退还）。申请人如未按时确认录取通知或缴纳费用，视为自动放弃入学资格。
（三）成功缴费后，学校一般会在15-20个工作日内发送电子版《兰州交通大学录取通知书（中英文）》至申请人邮箱，申请人需自行下载、打印并签字。同时申请人需前往留学中国网(https://www.studyinchina.edu.cn)“签证助手”栏目自行下载并打印《外国留学人员来华签证申请表（DQ/JW202）》。
（四）被录取的新生须在入境中国前在线购买来华留学生保险500元（一学期生）,并将《来华人员保险信息清单》的电子版发送至我校招生邮箱isoadmission@lzjtu.edu.cn，对于未按要求支付综合医疗保险的新生，学校将不予办理注册手续。购买支付来华留学生保险请登录留学保险网：https://www.lxbx.net

九、年度评审
学校每年将按照《兰州交通大学国际学生年度评审办法》要求，从学生的学业成绩、学习态度、出勤记录、在校表现、奖惩情况等方面对其进行全面的评审。年度评审成绩优秀的学生，可在满足其他申请条件的基础上，优先申请当年的甘肃省“丝绸之路”专项奖学金、国际中文教师奖学金或中国政府奖学金。

To be eligible, an applicant must:
1. be a citizen of a country other than the PRC with a valid passport and from Gansu Provincial Sister Cities (born in, study, work or live in the Sister Cities) , be friendly to China and in good health both mentally and physically ( An applicantwho was originally a Chinese citizen but have acquired a foreign nationality should meet the conditions set by the Document No.12 (2020) issued byMinistry of Education of the PRC);
2. be an academically excellent holder of high school diploma or its equivalent at the age between 18 and 30;
3. have no violation of the laws and regulations of the PRC and the rules of LZJTU;
4. be non-beneficiary of any other scholarship.

3. Notarized highest diploma;
4. Academic trans. Trans in languages other than Chinese or English shall be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English;

6. A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form (please refer to ). The original document, printed by Chinese quarantine authorities, shall be filled in in English. The medical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are invalid. Medical examination results are valid for only six months;
7. Certified documents of social activities, if any;
8. A valid Certificate of Non-Criminal Record (or Police Clearance Certificate) issued by the local public security (such as the police station), usually issued within six months prior to the submission date of the application.
VIII. Admission and Enrollment
(I) Check your Email or login on your LZJTU online application account to track your application status. Make sure your email address is correct and check your email occasionally, you will receive some important information, e.g. the arrangement of interview etc.
(II) Successfully admitted candidates should confirmyour offer through emailwithin 10working days. Log on the application system of LZJTU to pay for the registration fee 400 CNYand the accommodation fee 1,500 CNYonline (The fees are not refundable). If candidates do not confirm or fail to pay the registration fee in time, the admissionofferwill be regarded invalid.
(III) Once payment ismade,the E-version ofThe Admission Notice of LZJTU (in Chinese & English)will be sentby Emailin 15-20 working days.The admission notice shall be downloaded, printed and signed by candidates themselves. Visit https://www.studyinchina.edu.cnand enter personal information to download the E-version of The Visa Application Form (DQ/JW202).
(IV) International student insurance must be purchased before entering China. Choose 500 -yuan planand complete payment on the website https://www.lxbx.net/. Those who do not pay for insurance as required will not be registered.
(V) All the admitted students should register within the time limit specified in The Admission Notice. Original application documents are required for freshman registration. The admission offer will be regarded invalid if students fail to register two weeks beyond the required enrollment period.
(VI) The admission offer will be regarded invalid if any document is found forged or fake, or any admitted student fails the physical re-examination or the entrance test.
IX. Annual Review
There is a comprehensive evaluation of eachstudents’ academic and daily performances in each academic year. Those who pass the annual review may have a chance to apply for next year’s silk road scholarship of Gansu Province or other scholarships.
